The Chocolate Factory is the restaurant on Thanarat Road at Km 11.8, which has chimneys as a symbol of a restaurant. The restaurant was decorated in a half of factory but feel warm like “cozy modern”. It created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The building made from glass, which open views to see all sides. The Chocolate Factory & Restaurant is an Italian restaurant and chocolate shop, which is open to show how to make chocolate every day and also have chocolate making workshop every weekend. Chocolatier leads by Chief Eric Perez, the chief of French who are expert and award-winning of dessert in the second ranked of the world.
The shop is divided into two parts, which is chocolate factory café and chocolate Workshop. There are two highlights of our shop. Firstly, Chocolate Exhibition is an interesting concept. The highlight is how to use the chocolate to create a piece of work and tell the origin story of chocolate and present chocolate in many designs. The restaurant also uses a chocolate piece as the art of decoration that we can see all of the chocolate pieces in every corner of our shop. Secondly, the highlight is the large glass room in the restaurant. The room divided into a chocolate production room that has chocolate making machine and Chocolatier to show step and process of how to produce chocolates all day long. The other part of the room is a Chocolate Workshop opens for those who interested to attend the event follow date and time set by the shop. The Italian restaurant buildings made with a steel frame and a large mirror, which has a clear vision and stands on a hill. The restaurant decorated with Cacao and Kesiya pine among meadows, fountains, and waterfalls. The outside of restaurant has pizza oven are cooked fresh daily. The restaurant has a sofa corner to relax and also outside zones, which can sit to watch all wildlife around the balcony Moreover, there is a sidewalk that connected to the second building.
Not Only chocolate or bakery that we have selected high-quality ingredients to create a wonderful dessert but also Italian cuisine that is classified as one of the highlights of our restaurant. The shop focuses on selected only high-quality raw materials, which is selected by the experienced chef. All menus whether appetizer, salad, soup, pasta, pizza or main course, such as steaks imported from Australia. Lamb ribs with rosemary sauce, which is a special formula that simmers meat and bones of sheep until getting silky lamb sauce. The menu includes fish steak that made from Sablefish with meticulously cooked through.
